All rates are in U.S. dollars with tax included. In case of tax modifications related to hotels availability or specific dates sent by the hotels, Abreu Tours is entitled to modify and changed the published rates without any prior notification. However within our rates there can be especial occasions or festivities, in those cases Abreu Tours could have guaranteed availability with higher rates compared to the rates published. Abreu Tours will inform these conditions upon reservation.

For online hotel reservations made through Abreu Online please contact our office to obtain more information on how to create an account.
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
  • All reservations requests should include the following information:
  1. Package name or hotel
  2. Service dates and number of days
  3. Passenger names, first and last name, children must include the date of birth
  4. Number of rooms and their category
  5. Special requests
  • Please don’t forget to included your Abreu reservation number.
Abreu tours will book the rooms available on the system and doesn’t guarantee room categories. The majority of hotels can’t always guarantee a separate bed when the room category is triple or quadruple. Children conditions are only valid when the minor is sharing the room with 2 adults.

Abreu Tours Inc, is entitled to do alterations to their programs with or with prior notification or throughout the year of 2015, due to climate changes, or other reasons that is out of Abreu Tours control.

All cancelations must be done in writing, phone called cancelations are not accepted. Abreu Tours is entitled to charge your clients with any additional expense that may occur throughout the cancelation process. If your client cancels any service or hotel reservation throughout your trip it’s mandatory to obtain a cancelation number given by the tour operator or hotel. Refunds requests are processed in 30 days (maximum) after the departure date, Abreu Tours will not accept any requests after this period.

Cancelation charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
No Shows – All “no shows” will be considered as if the service has been provided and are not entitled to any refund. Cancelations or alterations made outside the terms & conditions informed by each hotel, are entitle to (a minimum) one night penalty depending on the hotel conditions.
Payments (U.S. Dollars)
  • All services must be paid to Abreu Tours Inc. before the arrival date, unless there’s credit available – must be previous agreed.
  • All payments must include Abreu reservation code and information on the installment payments
  • Non-payment of services within the date previous agreed upon will result in the cancelation of services.

All bank transfer must include the total sum in debt, mentioned on sent invoice. Any bank charges throughout this process will be charged to remitter.

Amex, Visa ou MasterCard.
Credit card payments have an additional fee of 5% on the total sum of the invoice.

On high season periods hotels may request non-refundable deposits to guarantee the reservations. If these deposits are not received within the given deadline, all reservations will be automatically cancelled. If the client would like to reactivate the request, he/she will be informed on the new terms and conditions.
Abreu tours Inc will act as an intermediary between the passengers and the suppliers, such as hotels, therefore Abreu Tours is not responsible for any irregularities, accidents, delays due to acts or omissions from any company or person involved in supplying the provided or requested services. Abreu Tours Inc. is entitled to substitute the hotel for another in the same category or superior.

We do our very best to ensure that clients have pleasant holidays without any problems, but occasionally even the best plans may have problems in them. Any complaints should be sent in writing within 15 days after the service took place and should be accompanied by appropriate documentation.

Abreu Tours offers 24 hours emergency assistance line with a multilingual team; your clients should call us in case of emergency, doubts or questions.
